In 2007, NuEnergy Capital entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued capital of Indon CBM Limited, which in turn holds 95% of the issued capital of an Indonesian Company, PT Trisula.

In February 2011 after seeking shareholders approval the acquisition was completed. NuEnergy acquired the group of companies for the Coal Bed Methane (“CBM”) interest and production sharing contracts (“PSC’s”) held by them in Indonesia. Specifically the PSC’s held in the South Sumatra II area (including an application for overlapping acreage, the Rengat area, and an application in the Tarakan area.

As a result of the acquisition the Company is one of the largest holders of quality CBM acreage in Indonesia.
